1. Wofür diese Erklärung gilt

Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für die iPhone-App miniwin (einschließlich der Widgets) und für die Website miniwinapp.de. Sie erklärt, welche personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, wofür, auf welcher Rechtsgrundlage und welche Rechte du hast. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) zusammen mit dem Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) und dem Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TDDDG).

2. Kurz gesagt

• miniwin läuft derzeit ohne eigenes Konto und ohne eigenen Server. Deine Aufgaben, Gewohnheiten, Sparziele, dein Profil und deine Einstellungen bleiben auf deinem iPhone.
• Die App enthält keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Dienste.
• Andere Stellen sind nur beteiligt, wenn du die jeweilige Funktion selbst nutzt: Apple (Anmeldung mit Apple, Kauf von miniwin Plus, Backup) und Formspree (wenn du Feedback oder das Kontaktformular der Website nutzt).
• Beim Besuch der Website miniwinapp.de verarbeitet der Hoster Cloudflare technische Verbindungsdaten (siehe Abschnitt „Website").
• Wer verantwortlich ist und wie du uns erreichst, steht ganz unten unter „Verantwortlicher & Kontakt".

3. Daten auf deinem Gerät

Auf deinem iPhone speichert miniwin: deinen Namen, dein Alter oder Geburtsdatum, deine miniwins und Aufgaben, Gewohnheiten, Sparziele und Beträge, erreichte Ziele und Badges, dein Profilbild und deine Einstellungen (zum Beispiel Sprache, Farbwelt, Erinnerungen).

Diese Daten werden nur lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und nicht an uns oder andere übertragen. Wir können sie nicht sehen. Du entscheidest selbst, welche Angaben du eingibst. Alle Eingaben sind freiwillig.

Wenn du auf deinem iPhone ein Backup eingeschaltet hast (zum Beispiel iCloud-Backup), können diese Daten Teil dieser Sicherung sein. Dafür ist Apple verantwortlich, es gelten die Datenschutzregeln von Apple.

Du kannst alle Daten jederzeit in der App löschen: unter Einstellungen → Konto kannst du alles zurücksetzen oder dein Konto löschen. Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden die Daten auf dem Gerät entfernt.

4. Berechtigungen auf deinem iPhone

• Kamera und Fotos: Nur wenn du ein Profilbild aufnehmen oder auswählen möchtest, fragt miniwin vorher um Erlaubnis. Das Bild wird ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
• Mitteilungen: Erinnerungen sind lokale Mitteilungen, die dein iPhone selbst plant und anzeigt. Dafür werden keine Daten an einen Server geschickt.

Du kannst jede Erlaubnis jederzeit in den iPhone-Einstellungen widerrufen.

5. Widgets

Die Widgets auf deinem Home- und Sperrbildschirm zeigen Angaben aus der App. Dafür werden Daten nur zwischen der App und dem Widget auf deinem Gerät geteilt (App Group). Es findet keine Übertragung nach außen statt.

6. Anmeldung mit Apple

Du kannst miniwin auch ohne Anmeldung nutzen. Wenn du dich mit Apple anmeldest, erhält die App von Apple eine Kennung und, wenn du das erlaubst, deinen Namen und eine E-Mail-Adresse (auf Wunsch eine Apple-Weiterleitungsadresse). Die App speichert diese Angaben nur auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt kein Konto auf einem miniwin-Server, und wir erhalten diese Angaben nicht.

Für die Anmeldung selbst ist Apple verantwortlich. Es gelten die Datenschutzregeln von Apple. Rechtsgrundlage für die Nutzung deiner Angaben in der App ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du durch die Anmeldung erteilst. Du kannst die Verknüpfung jederzeit in den iPhone-Einstellungen unter deinem Namen → Anmelden mit Apple beenden.

7. Kauf von miniwin Plus

Für Käufe und Abos in der App ist Apple zuständig. Apple wickelt die Zahlung ab und verwaltet das Abo. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten, keine Kreditkartennummer und keine Apple-ID. Die App prüft über die Schnittstelle von Apple (StoreKit) nur, ob Plus bei dir freigeschaltet ist.

Rechtsgrundlage ist die Erfüllung des Vertrags über miniwin Plus (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Es gelten zusätzlich die Bedingungen und Datenschutzregeln von Apple.

8. Feedback

Wenn du uns über den Bereich Feedback in der App schreibst, übertragen wir deinen Text und, falls du sie angibst, deine E-Mail-Adresse. Die E-Mail-Adresse ist freiwillig. Ohne sie bleibt dein Feedback anonym.

Die Nachricht wird über den Dienst Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) entgegengenommen und an unser E-Mail-Postfach weitergeleitet. Dabei verarbeitet Formspree technisch bedingt auch deine IP-Adresse. Die Daten werden dabei in die USA übermittelt (siehe Abschnitt „Datenübermittlung in Drittländer"). Bitte schreib keine sensiblen persönlichen Daten in dein Feedback.

Wir nutzen die Angaben nur, um dir zu antworten und miniwin zu verbessern, und löschen sie, sobald sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung durch das Absenden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, indem du uns schreibst. Die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung bleibt unberührt.

9. Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn du uns eine E-Mail schreibst, verarbeiten wir deine Absenderadresse und den Inhalt deiner Nachricht, um dein Anliegen zu beantworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (wenn es um die Nutzung von miniwin oder einen Vertrag geht) oder Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (unser berechtigtes Interesse, Anfragen zu beantworten).

E-Mails werden über unseren E-Mail-Anbieter verarbeitet. Das sind derzeit Google (Gmail, Google Ireland Limited, Irland, und Google LLC, USA) sowie für die Domain miniwinapp.de STRATO AG (Berlin, Deutschland). Wir löschen Anfragen, sobald sie erledigt sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

10. Website miniwinapp.de

Hosting und DNS: Die Website wird bei Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Verbindungsdaten (Server-Logfiles): deine IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, die angeforderte Seite, die übertragene Datenmenge, Browser- und Betriebssystem-Angaben und die Seite, von der du kommst. Das ist nötig, um dir die Website auszuliefern und sie vor Missbrauch zu schützen. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und funktionierenden Webauftritt (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung. Die Daten können in die USA übermittelt werden (siehe „Datenübermittlung in Drittländer").

Domain: Die Domain wird bei der STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, verwaltet.

Cookies und lokaler Speicher: Die Website setzt keine Tracking- oder Werbe-Cookies und bindet keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Social-Media-Dienste ein. Es werden auch keine Schriften oder Inhalte von fremden Servern nachgeladen. Wenn du die Sprache umschaltest, speichert dein Browser diese Auswahl lokal auf deinem Gerät (Local Storage), damit sie beim nächsten Besuch erhalten bleibt. Das ist technisch erforderlich für die von dir gewünschte Funktion und bedarf nach § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG keiner Einwilligung. Du kannst den Eintrag jederzeit in den Einstellungen deines Browsers löschen.

Kontaktformular: Wenn du das Kontaktformular auf der Support-Seite nutzt, übertragen wir deinen Namen (freiwillig), deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Nachricht über den Dienst Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) an uns. Dabei verarbeitet Formspree technisch bedingt auch deine IP-Adresse. Wir nutzen die Angaben nur, um deine Anfrage zu beantworten, und löschen sie, sobald sie erledigt ist und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. lit. f DSGVO, für die Übermittlung in die USA deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung durch das Absenden (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen.

Links: Die Website kann Links zu anderen Seiten enthalten (zum Beispiel zum App Store). Für deren Datenschutz sind die jeweiligen Betreiber verantwortlich.

11. Empfänger und Weitergabe

Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht und geben sie nicht für Werbezwecke weiter. Daten gehen nur an die Stellen, die oben genannt sind und nur, wenn du die jeweilige Funktion nutzt:

• Apple (Anmeldung, Kauf von Plus, Backup, App Store),
• Formspree (Feedback und Kontaktformular),
• Cloudflare (Hosting der Website),
• Google und STRATO (E-Mail, Domain).

Eine Weitergabe darüber hinaus erfolgt nur, wenn wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind.

12. Datenübermittlung in Drittländer

Einige der genannten Dienstleister haben ihren Sitz in den USA oder können Daten dorthin übermitteln. Soweit der Anbieter unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert ist, stützt sich die Übermittlung auf den Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission (Art. 45 DSGVO). Andernfalls stützt sie sich auf Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 DSGVO) oder, beim Feedback, auf deine ausdrückliche Einwilligung (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). In den USA kann das Datenschutzniveau von dem in der EU abweichen, und Behörden können unter Umständen auf Daten zugreifen.

13. Speicherdauer

• Daten in der App: bleiben auf deinem Gerät, bis du sie löschst oder die App deinstallierst.
• Feedback und E-Mails: werden gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden und keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.
• Server-Logfiles der Website: werden von Cloudflare nach dessen Vorgaben nur kurzzeitig gespeichert.

14. Freiwilligkeit und automatisierte Entscheidungen

Du bist nicht verpflichtet, personenbezogene Daten bereitzustellen. Ohne Angaben kannst du miniwin weiterhin nutzen, einzelne Funktionen (zum Beispiel ein Profilbild, Kauf oder Feedback) setzen aber entsprechende Angaben voraus. Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung einschließlich Profiling im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO findet nicht statt.

15. Deine Rechte

Du hast nach der DSGVO folgende Rechte:

• Auskunft über deine verarbeiteten Daten (Art. 15),
• Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16),
• Löschung (Art. 17),
• Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18),
• Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20),
• Widerruf einer erteilten Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft (Art. 7 Abs. 3).

Da deine App-Daten auf deinem Gerät liegen, kannst du sie meist direkt in der App einsehen, ändern und löschen. Für alles andere schreib uns an die Adresse unter „Verantwortlicher & Kontakt".

16. Beschwerderecht

Du hast das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Zuständig für uns ist die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de. Du kannst dich auch an die Aufsichtsbehörde an deinem Wohnort wenden.

17. Kinder und Jugendliche

miniwin enthält keine anstößigen Inhalte. Es ist ohne Konto nutzbar und die App selbst gibt keine Daten von Kindern an uns weiter. Kinder unter 16 Jahren sollten den Kauf von Plus und das Senden von Feedback nur mit Zustimmung ihrer Eltern machen. Wenn du glaubst, dass ein Kind uns ohne Zustimmung Daten übermittelt hat, schreib uns bitte, dann löschen wir sie.

18. Datensicherheit

Die Website und die Übertragung von Feedback erfolgen verschlüsselt (HTTPS/TLS). Daten in der App werden durch die Schutzfunktionen deines iPhones geschützt (zum Beispiel Gerätesperre und Verschlüsselung). Bitte halte dein iPhone und die App aktuell.

19. Änderungen

Wenn sich die App oder die Website ändern (zum Beispiel durch neue Funktionen), passen wir diese Erklärung an. Das aktuelle Datum steht oben. Stand: 3. November 2026.

20. Verantwortlicher & Kontakt

Verantwortlich im Sinne der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung für die App miniwin und die Website miniwinapp.de ist:

Einen Datenschutzbeauftragten haben wir nicht benannt, da das für uns gesetzlich nicht erforderlich ist. Bei allen Fragen zum Datenschutz erreichst du uns unter der oben genannten Adresse.

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the iPhone app miniwin (including its widgets) and to the website miniwinapp.de. It explains which personal data is processed, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and which rights you have. The legal framework is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) together with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German TDDDG.

2. In short

• miniwin currently runs without an account and without a server of its own. Your tasks, habits, savings goals, profile and settings stay on your iPhone.
• The app contains no ads, no tracking and no analytics services.
• Other parties are only involved if you use the respective feature yourself: Apple (Sign in with Apple, purchasing miniwin Plus, backup) and Formspree (if you send feedback or use the website contact form).
• When you visit miniwinapp.de, the host Cloudflare processes technical connection data (see section “Website”).
• Who is responsible and how to reach us is listed at the very bottom under “Controller & contact”.

3. Data on your device

miniwin stores on your iPhone: your name, your age or date of birth, your miniwins and tasks, habits, savings goals and amounts, earned goals and badges, your profile picture and your settings (for example language, color theme, reminders).

This data is stored only locally on your device and is not sent to us or anyone else. We cannot see it. You decide what you enter. All entries are voluntary.

If you have a backup enabled on your iPhone (for example iCloud Backup), this data can be part of that backup. Apple is responsible for that, and Apple's privacy rules apply.

You can delete all data in the app at any time: under Settings → Account you can reset everything or delete your account. If you uninstall the app, the data on the device is removed.

4. Permissions on your iPhone

• Camera and photos: Only if you want to take or choose a profile picture does miniwin ask for permission first. The picture is stored only on your device.
• Notifications: Reminders are local notifications that your iPhone schedules and shows itself. No data is sent to a server for this.

You can withdraw any permission at any time in the iPhone settings.

5. Widgets

The widgets on your home and lock screen show information from the app. For this, data is shared only between the app and the widget on your device (App Group). Nothing is transmitted externally.

6. Sign in with Apple

You can use miniwin without signing in. If you sign in with Apple, the app receives an identifier from Apple and, if you allow it, your name and an email address (optionally an Apple relay address). The app stores this only on your device. There is no account on a miniwin server, and we do not receive this data.

Apple is responsible for the sign-in itself, and Apple's privacy rules apply. The legal basis for using your data in the app is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by signing in. You can end the link at any time in the iPhone settings under your name → Sign in with Apple.

7. Buying miniwin Plus

Apple is responsible for purchases and subscriptions in the app. Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription. We receive no payment data, no credit card number and no Apple ID. The app only checks via Apple's interface (StoreKit) whether Plus is unlocked for you.

The legal basis is performance of the contract for miniwin Plus (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Apple's terms and privacy rules also apply.

8. Feedback

If you write to us through the Feedback section in the app, we transmit your text and, if you provide it, your email address. The email address is optional. Without it your feedback stays anonymous.

The message is received by the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) and forwarded to our email inbox. Formspree also technically processes your IP address. The data is transferred to the USA (see section “Transfers to third countries”). Please do not include sensitive personal data in your feedback.

We only use the information to reply to you and to improve miniwin, and we delete it once it is no longer needed. The legal basis is your consent by sending it (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by writing to us. The lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

9. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your sender address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (if it concerns the use of miniwin or a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

Emails are processed by our email provider, currently Google (Gmail, Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA) and, for the domain miniwinapp.de, STRATO AG (Berlin, Germany). We delete requests once they are resolved and no statutory retention obligation applies.

10. Website miniwinapp.de

Hosting and DNS: The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (server log files): your IP address, date and time, the requested page, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system details and the page you came from. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement exists with Cloudflare. Data may be transferred to the USA (see “Transfers to third countries”).

Domain: The domain is managed by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany.

Cookies and local storage: The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and embeds no analytics, advertising or social media services. No fonts or content are loaded from third-party servers. When you switch the language, your browser stores that choice locally on your device (Local Storage) so it is kept on your next visit. This is technically required for the function you requested and, under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, needs no consent. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

Contact form: If you use the contact form on the support page, your name (optional), email address and message are transmitted to us via the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Formspree also technically processes your IP address. We only use the information to answer your request and delete it once it is resolved and no statutory retention obligation applies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR and, for the transfer to the USA, your explicit consent by submitting (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

Links: The website may contain links to other sites (for example the App Store). The respective operators are responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Recipients and disclosure

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. Data goes only to the parties named above, and only if you use the respective feature:

• Apple (sign-in, Plus purchase, backup, App Store),
• Formspree (feedback and contact form),
• Cloudflare (website hosting),
• Google and STRATO (email, domain).

Beyond that, data is only disclosed if we are legally obliged to do so.

12. Transfers to third countries

Some of the providers named are based in the USA or may transfer data there. Where the provider is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Otherwise it relies on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or, for feedback, on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). In the USA the level of data protection may differ from that in the EU, and authorities may be able to access data.

13. How long data is kept

• Data in the app: stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Feedback and emails: are deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligation applies.
• Website server logs: are kept by Cloudflare only for a short time according to its own policies.

14. Voluntary information and automated decisions

You are not obliged to provide personal data. Without it you can still use miniwin, but individual features (for example a profile picture, a purchase or feedback) require the corresponding information. No automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

15. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access to your processed data (Art. 15),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16),
• erasure (Art. 17),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).

Because your app data is on your device, you can usually view, change and delete it directly in the app. For anything else, write to us at the address under “Controller & contact”.

16. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, www.ldi.nrw.de. You may also contact the supervisory authority where you live.

17. Children and teenagers

miniwin contains no offensive content. It can be used without an account, and the app itself does not pass data about children on to us. Children under 16 should only buy Plus or send feedback with their parents' consent. If you believe a child has sent us data without consent, please write to us and we will delete it.

18. Data security

The website and the transmission of feedback are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Data in the app is protected by your iPhone's security features (for example device lock and encryption). Please keep your iPhone and the app up to date.

19. Changes

If the app or the website changes (for example through new features), we will update this policy. The current date is shown at the top. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
